Raising concerns

If you have a concern about any of our services, we recommend you contact the Customer Advisory Liaison Service (CALS) Desk at cals@dbint.co.uk or call +44(0)5603448791

We understand that being in hospital or caring for someone who is having treatment can be stressful at the best of times. The CALS service is available to help you with any difficulties or concerns you may have. They can speak on your behalf of anyone involved in your care, or the care of your relative or friend.

If you cannot find the information you are looking for please contact a member of the DBI desk at customercare@dbint.co.uk who will be happy to answer your query or direct your call to the relevant personnel.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

No formal procedure is in place for complaints regarding private care providers at present in the UK, however as a reputable healthcare provider DBI have the above system in place for responding to complaints in a suitable fashion. If you are not happy with any of our services, please tell us.
